    Significant improvement of the supplier quality and supply chain performances: 100% on time delivery (OTD) maintained and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improved by a factor of 3 during the last 3 years.
    Creation and application of a procedure validated by the EASA to authorize the installation of used engines on new A380 aircrafts: Airbus Award obtained for this specific project.
  • Airbus Group - Engine and Nacelle Physical Integration Leader

    Blagnac 2006 - 2010 Mission: Define the physical interfaces between the aircraft, engine and nacelle through coordination of technical activities between Airbus, Nacelle and Engine suppliers design offices
    2008-10: Continuous improvement of the physical integration of 2 RR engines installed on production aircrafts
    2006-08: Integration manager on the development project of a Flight Test Powerplant with no installation or physical integration issues, delivered on plan
  • Visteon - Project Design Team Leader

    PARIS LA DEFENSE 2004 - 2006 Mission: Manage development from initial design up to production full ramp-up of the Peugeot 207 interior door panels: 12000 door panels / day production rate achieved on time.
