My story started by a choice: how to conciliate a creative mindset with law studies? Convinced of the power represented by multimedia, and attracted by the “digital world”, my Master’s specialization was quite clear… I was far from imagining that, one year later, I would have found the solution! After having worked within various industries such as luxury and sports, and with a wide range of personalities, it is by joining Ampersand World’s international team that all pieces took place together.
Ampersand World is the recruitment’s dedicated business partner for commodity trading companies… maybe the one with the most creative approach, and the strongest personality too. Here, recruitment is firstly a matter of relationships, network and passion. It is by gathering the whole world of commodity trading through numerous events that Ampersand World gained its actual reputation on the market. Mixing the rigor of talent management with creativity? I was just done to work here!
Within a role allying Marketing and Customer Experience, I am acting in numerous fields, allowing me to put in practice what my love for sports taught me: over-passing myself, finding new ways to succeed (sometimes different and often creative), and always keeping a positive spirit, especially while working in team.
