- Internal and external negotiations, negotiating terms and conditions and approving business and commercial projects, contract terms (such as logistic, forwarding, storage, other services agreements, equipment supply, subcontractors agreements, purchase, leasing contracts) with clients, partners, landlords and public authorities,
- Claims, Lawsuits Management and Litigations,
- M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions),
- Getting authorizations and approvals of different States Bodies for storage and transportation of clients goods,
- Representation and defense of company interests at States Bodies,
- Staff Management,
- Elaboration of contractual schemes, legal expertise, evaluation of risks,
- Drafting and analyzing legal documents,
- Real Estate,
- Legal Advice on day-to-day matters, on intellectual property matters,
- Drafting and negotiating transfer of technology and license agreements, registration of intellectual property rights,
- Fostering and monitoring compliance with the company’s legal agreements, legal procedure and management instructions,
- Insurance of movable and immovable property, of civil liability; settlement of insurance cases,
- Elaboration and application of internal statutory watch procedure and e-validation of legal document flow
