I have in charge the medical visit to make comply the contractor standards to Total standards', the hygiene inspection, the first aid training, the medical training on emergencies, the training for the rescue at heights......

I work as an anesthetist nurse during one year at the CHU.
The speciality was : maternity, abdominal surgery, liver transplant, orthopedic, gynecology, pediatric, endoscopic, .... It was areally good experience except with the management who cannot handle correctly the lack of personnel.
I stopped this position due to the lack of anesthetist nurses, and the fact that they didn't want to pay the over-time.

The missions are equivalent as the one you can encounter as a paramedic (nurse with protocols) or with the Samu (Prehospital + medicalisation). Also, the different situations encountered give the possibilities to adapt the rescue technics to all situations (rescue at heights, cold/hot/rainy/weather, mountain, canyon, road accident.....)

I was working in the cardiac surgery intensive care, during 6 month, and after, i move to the intensive care of abdominal surgery, orthopedic surgery, gynecology, post surgery, during the other 18 months. Then i enter at the Anesthetist school nurse. During this time i earn a lot of experience in emergency, intensive care, and technic.
