    Key achievements:
    - Delivered GBP 11.3m additional NSV over 2014-2015 following the launch of 18 new products ;

    compliance to BRC standard.
    Set cross-functional working groups to design Technical Training modules and Personal development
    plans, whilst initiating Process development task forces to improve manufacturing process consistency
    - Moved to Unannounced BRC audit scheme (optional at the time); coached all QA Managers across 9
    UK manufacturing sites to achieve A* Grade.
