    2013 - 2015 Founded in the end of 2010 and part of the Rocket Internet Group, Kanui (www.kanui.com.br) has become the biggest online retailer in Brazil for action sporting goods and turned itself the biggest player in the brazilian surf & skateboard industries.

    • Manager of the surf business unit, Kanui's #1 business unit in turn over & EBIT.
    • Responsible for the surf business unit strategy and KPIs (sales, gross profit margins, inventory)
    • Negotiation of purchasing volumes & sales terms with all the surf industry suppliers
    • Coordination of the store sales & retail strategies together with the Marketing and the Business Intelligence teams
    • Coordination of 3 online stores run under Kanui's operation:
    - Waves Shop (www.wavesshop.com.br) - the major surf portal in Brazil
    - Woohoo Shop (www.woohooshop.com.br) - the major youth culture portal in Brazil

    2010 - 2013 • Responsible for the Mens, Womens and Kids strategy in Brazil by building products & marketing integrated plans.
    • Mens, Womens and Kids category management, coordination of design and development department activities.
    • Coordination of the sales strategy together with the Sales Manager
    • Responsible for the division turnover (70% of Rip Curl Brazil's total turnover), gross profit and inventory.
    • Management of an 8-people team (product managers, designers, assistants).
  • Rip Curl Europe - Men's Apparel Product Manager

    2006 - 2010 • Men's Apparel and Soft Accessories category management in collaboration with Design, Sourcing and Development departments.
    • Elaboration of the marketing and trade-marketing brief for Marketing Department, validation of the package.
    • Range presentation to sales force and European sales tour to support the sales teams in Key Accounts meetings.
    • Responsible for the category turnover (45% of Rip Curl Europe's total turnover), gross profit and inventory.

  • Quiksilver Europe - Marketing & Trade Marketing Assistant for Gotcha brand

    Saint Jean de Luz 2004 - 2004 • Quantitative analysis of sales, qualitative data collection from the European sales force and elaboration of a synthesis for the Head of Design.
    • Elaboration of the Spring/Summer 2006 range structure with recommendations for the Head of Design.
    • Trade Marketing operations: conception of a newsletter for the retail customers, POP development.
