    Clenay maintenant Controlling Manager - Lease & Production Division – SBM Offshore / Position located in the Monaco Head Office, with about 2 months travel per year on production sites (West Africa, Brazil, Far East).

    Missions:

    - To coordinate the financial control and administration of all the SBM Offshore lease & operating contracts (Lease & Production Division made of 20 units leased and operated in 15 different countries over a period from 7 to 15 years), including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, accounting, tax & financial reporting.
    - To set up appropriate finance processes for new contracts: accounting & reporting structure, client billing process, compliance with local tax and accounting.
    - To provide SBM Management with clear and useful information. Act as a support to enable decision making by strengthening the communication with Operations Managers and Directors and being deeply involved in day to day operations.
    - Member of various Board of Directors meetings and steering committees in Join Venture companies between SBM and different partners.
    - To manage, organize and coordinate the work of the Lease Cost Accounting Department (12 persons in Monaco and 10 Finance Managers located overseas). To create appropriate environment for optimizing the efficiency and the development of the team and to ensure that data / reports produced meet deadlines and expected quality and accuracy.
    - To ensure best practices are shared by tracking and eliminating inefficient processes and developing new processes and tools to optimize and simplify the Production Division finance activities.
    - To ensure proper procedures are issued, implemented, regularly updated and complied with.

    - Finance & Administration Manager for the two French companies; Management of small finance team (4 persons); Coordinate and perform financial activities such as accounting, payroll, and tax declaration.
    - Responsible of designing and implementing the budgeting, reporting and cash control processes, tools and procedures for all 7 entities of the Group (US, UK, Germany, Austria and France).
    - Creation of the business plans and support CEO and senior VP in their relationships & negotiations with institutional and private investors.
    - To coordinate Capital increases in liaison with banks, lawyers and external auditors.

    Missions:

    - To direct the financial and administrative activities of the SBM Houston Group of Companies (11 companies).
    - To manage, coordinate, optimize work of the finance & administration Department (35 persons) as regards accounting, bank & cash, financial planning & reporting (IFRS), tax (transfer pricing policy) and audit (internal & external), projects control, and office services.
    - To participate in review of commercial and financial aspects of proposed contracts and bid proposals in order to ensure financial integrity.
    - To plan financial and administrative objectives and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining these objectives.
    - Responsible for reporting financial results of operations accurately and on a timely basis, and for providing accurate and useful information to enable to Division to operate in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Hewlett-Packard - Financial Analyst

    Les Ulis maintenant Missions:

    - Coordination of the main financial processes and tools (budget, month-end close & reporting under US GAAP) for the industrial entity of hp France.
    - Financial analyst for two “Overhead” departments: General Services and Facilities. Preparation and internal negotiation of budgets, costs control and reporting, dashboard.
    - Creation of a training program for the hp financial community on the main financial processes and tools.
  • Thales Group - International Financial Controller

    Courbevoie maintenant Missions:

    - Responsible of financial, accounting, fiscal and legal aspects and manage the local finance staff of several THALES subsidiaries in France, Morocco, China, and Taiwan (3 weeks per month travel overseas on production sites).
    - Creation of a Joint Venture company in Taipei (Taiwan) for the mass-production of Ceramic substrates for mobile phones (business plan, valuation of partners’ contributions, set-up of the finances & administration processes and procedures).
    - Creation of a subsidiary of THALES in Shanghai (China) for the mass-production of electronic components (investment plan, local bank loan negotiation, relationship lawyer and auditor, set-up of financial process).
    - Implementation of an industrial analytical accounting the production facility located in Morocco; design and implementation of reporting, budgeting, cash forecast processes (transfer pricing problematic), tools & procedures for this production activity.
  • SBM Offshore Group - Finance Manager Africa

    Clenay maintenant Finance & Administration Manager for SBM Offshore in Angola (Luanda) and Equatorial Guinea (Malabo) – Production sites / Operations & lease of 2 FPSOs for ExxonMobil and Chevron Texaco, and 1 LPG FPSO for Chevron Texaco in Angola and & 1 FPSO for ExxonMobil in Equatorial Guinea.

    Missions:

    - Responsible of the finance & administration of the two Angolan Joint Ventures Companies between SBM and Sonangol, the Angolan State Oil Company, and two Guinean Companies. Coordinate and perform main financial activities: accounting, tax, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis.
    - Design and implementation of the finance & administration procedures for the local companies.
    - To ensure the compliance of Companies operations with Group policies, Countries’ regulations and partners’ requirements; to liaise with the Local Authorities, partners, and clients as regards finance & tax matters.
    - To manage, train & strengthen the Angolan Finance & Accounting Team (10 persons).
    - To Manage / coordinate tax, internal and statutory audits for operations performed in EG and Angola.
