Multicultural brands and media communication expert, high-level account management skills, expert business negotiator with leadership, strategy, management and entrepreneurial skills. I speak 4 languages.

I lived and worked in France, UK, Czech Republic, USA, Spain (Madrid, Barcelona), Mexico and Italy, through a diversified and exciting career mainly at Havas Media (Media strategy, planning and buying business).

I also ventured to successfully create my own business in Mexico City in the kids fashion area.

Back to Spain in 2013, I decided to take a new and exciting challenge joining the Digilant team and the promising world of Digital and Data Marketing. Learnt a lot and at light speed...

... before I moved in September 2013 to Milan, Italy. After setting up and learning Italian, I have impulsed a new career start in September 2014 as a freelancer Consultant for French and Italian companies in the areas of Marketing, Communication and Interpersonal communication.

Finally, I signed up for a one-year course at HEC to become a Certified Coach, beginning in January 2015. About to pursue a new exciting path.

    2014 - maintenant Consulting for French and Italian companies in the areas of Marketing/Communication, Management and interpersonal communication.
  • Digilant - Barcelona SPAIN - Business Development & Marketing Director

    2013 - 2013 DIGILANT (HQ: Boston USA)- Digital advertising: Real Time Bidding platform and Trading Desk Barcelona, Spain

    Responsible for developing the clients' portfolio in Spain, especially in the Barcelona area (main office in Madrid), and creating a set of marketing tools specifically suiting the Spanish market maturity level.
    * Active networking optimizing Digilant's visibility through conferences and speaking opportunities, participation to Spanish and European specialized fairs; co-wrote several articles for the specialized press, including the Havard Deusto (Spanish version of the HBR) - published in fourth quarter 2013 ;
    * New business: meetings and presentations with brands' marketing and digital directors ;
    * Writing and redesigning of credentials, marketing and exhibition material

    Achievements : 30-40 leads created, dozens of articles published, active participation to a dozen of conferences.
  • Un jardin à Mexico - MEXICO - Creator and owner

    2009 - 2012 Creation of a french-style fashion brand for babies and kids aiming upper Mexican class and expatriate community: identified a high potential niche (“French designed fashion for babies and kids at Zara’s price”) and created a new appealing brand.

    • Clothes design, material sourcing and buying, production and quality supervision
    • Marketing, communication, sales. Billings (2011): 600.000 MXN ps (50.000 USD) - Net Margin 51%

    Achievements : provided work to some in-need independent single-mothers while creating a brand that became a favorite among upscale Mexican and expats. Business was sold in June 2012.
  • Havas Media MEXICO - Account Director

    2008 - 2008 • Responsible of the Danone Waters and Renault accounts for the Mexican market
    • Managing team of 12 media experts
    • Strategic planning and media strategy, local and global clients relationships

    Achievements : doubled satisfaction rate of both clients in a few months time, avoided pitch from Danone in 2008, obtained Renault media budget increase by 50 % for 2009 despite crisis context.
  • HAVAS MEDIA - Barcelona SPAIN - Global Account Director

    2003 - 2007 • Managed global client services for the DANONE GROUP, directly reporting internally to MPG worldwide CEO and externally to Danone Global Media Director. Main objective: developing the business with the Danone Group at global level (lead one global pitch and 15 local pitches)
    • Training and coaching of 15 agencies across Europe, North and South America teaching them The Danone/MPG Media Way, creation of training material, bi-annual international review seminars set up and animation
    • Responsible for service excellency and media costs efficiency in France, Spain, USA, Mexico, Canada, Portugal, Colombia, Russia - Set up of global account management tools/procedures - became a global benchmark at MPG

    Achievements : MPG became the main media network for Danone (2004: 15% billings / 2007: 50%) and Danone Group first MPG client. Rated “excellent” by client for international account management and network performance.
  • Havas Media International Miami USA - General Manager

    2001 - 2003 • Managed the Miami agency (P&L, four-people team hiring and management, new business)
    • Latam pan-regional and local advertising research, media planning/buying for: LVMH, Intel, DHL, Jean Paul Gaultier Parfums, BBVA. Media billings: US$45 million
    • Negotiated global deals for clients with regional media (TV channels and major publishers)

    Achievements : won the DHL, Volkswagen and Jean Paul Gaultier accounts for Latam, renewed contract with the LVMH group every year, set up regional coordination for BBVA.
  • Havas Media International Miami USA - New business/Key accounts manager

    1999 - 2000 Regional account manager for the LVMH Group (Latin America) and active role played in new business strategies and presentations.
