  • Miltenyi Biotec Gmbh - Global Lead Technical Support

    Paris 2018 - maintenant Miltenyi Biotec is a manufacturer of instruments and reagents focused on cell engineering technologies, and intended for life science, medical diagnostics and patient treatment.
    The main ambition of Miltenyi Biotec is to automate and make widely accessible personalized cancer treatment through cell engineering.

    I am responsible globally for Technical Support activities in a context of strong growth and within a highly regulated environment.

    In March 2019, I took additional responsibility for product training globally.

  • Thermo Fisher Scientific - International Technical Services Manager (Anatomical Pathology Division)

    VILLEBON SUR YVETTE 2014 - 2018 The Anatomical Pathology Division (APD) is part of Thermo’s Specialty Diagnotics activities. APD sells instruments and consumables used in laboratories.

    I managed the following activities for the EMEA territories: Product Training, Technical Support, Service Administration, Depot Repair, Field Service, Field Application Support, Spare Parts.

  • Cepheid - Technical Support Manager - EMEA / APAC

    2010 - 2014 Cepheid is a manufacturer of medical diagnostics instruments and reagents, based on real-time quantitative PCR technology. Cepheid Europe is based in Toulouse (France). Cepheid was purchased by Danaher in 2016.

    July 2010 - Technical Support Manager
    I managed Technical Support for all Cepheid products across the regions EMEA-APAC, in a context of strong growth and within a highly regulated environment.

    November 2012 - Senior Technical Support Manager
    I took additional responsibility for Service Administration and Field Application Support.

    November 2013 - Senior Manager Global Data Monitoring Systems
    I joined the development of RemoteXpert, a product that collects data from all connected Cepheid systems worldwide, to allow proactive customer support and epidemiology monitoring.
    I managed the following activities: pilot project, beta study, production of technical documentation, creation of procedures, and creation of training programs.

  • PEAK-Service (Montpellier, France) - Country Manager - France

    2005 - 2010 PEAK-Service is a subcontractor for after-sales service of scientific instruments.

    PEAK-Service's administrative and field service teams perform hotline, next-day service, maintenance, installation, customer trainings, on site country-wide in the name of various manufacturers of scientific instruments, mostly in the in-vitro diagnostic field.

    I led the French subsidiary (12 employees) based in Montpellier (France) :
    Administrative management (HR, accounting, suppliers).
    Operational management (hotline, logistics, dispatching, field service, workshop service).
    Business development.
    Project implementation and key account management.
