Graduated from University of Boumerdes in Algeria as master in Electrical Engineering majoring in automation, electrical machines and industrial computer sciences, I have solid theoretical and practical backgrounds. During the last two years I contributed in the In Salah Southern Fields development project (SFDP) which is part of the In Salah (ISG) project in Algeria. My professional experience is diverse and rich. Having supervised a big size project I also developed a valuable expertise in project management, quality assurance and quality control.
• Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents.
• List procurement inspection criticality rating for various items and vendor quality requirements
• Review of suppler ITPs (Inspection & Test Plan), WPS, Procedures etc. against contract requirements.
• Develop project specific QCP/ITP/ITRs (Quality Control Procedure / Inspection & Test Plan/ Inspection & Test Record) for both supplier and site QMS.
• Coordinate with Completion team to set up PetroPCS
• Attendance at pre-inspection meetings.
• Compilation of vendor inspection assignments packages
• Coordination and resolution of any nonconforming product Reviewing vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers and Supplier engineers on establishing project specific quality criteria
• Review supplier material certificates
• Coordinate with management for quality improvements.
• Issue of non-conformance reports and track all non-conformance reports.
• Coordinate with the owners representative on all procurement issues.
• Coordinate all inspection requirements for TPI inspector’s.
• Verify product for its compliance to approved data sheets drawings, witness testing as approved by ITP.
Assure resolution of all issues raised during inspection/test. Where applicable, Provide recommendations for possible solutions
Provide technical inputs for vendor queries, conformance reports and non-conformance reports
Assist with audit questionnaire preparation
