    MASSY 2014 - maintenant Key responsible of Transmission operations, Roll out and optimization at Ericsson Chad customer of Airtel Chad, Manage all transmission nodes and equipment for different vendors: Ericsson, Ceragon, Nera evolution, ECI, Veraz Igate and Vsat network. Including 420 Microwave links, 03 Remote BSCs, 02 Remote Media-gateways, 24 Vsat Earth stations links.

    - Successfully Implemented Ndjamena Area Transmission Ring with SNCP protection
    - Led upgraded activity of East Ceragon & Nera BB from 1+1 to 3+1 capacity and MPBN integration over Microwave and Vsat for Abeche
    - Handled Implementation of SO-EM server for Ericsson link and sarh remote BSC over Microwave and Vsat connectivity
    - Implemented international link route towards Bharti India and Belgacom using compression equipment Igate Veraz over new satellite provider EMC
    - Drived TX link improvement plan with D&P ericsson Nairobi central team

  • Airtel Tchad - Transmission Support Team Leader

    2011 - 2013 Managed & fully supporting in Operations and Maintenance activities in order to ensure a good quality, reducing outage of Airtel customer’s transmission link and Vsat. Involved in implementation Transmission optimization and roll out.

    - Successfully Coordinated west backbone upgrade activity of 14 hops Ndjamena to Nigeria border for international link interconnect project
    - Successfully migrated National 23 Vsat link from gateway communication satellite to intelsat
    - Successfully integrated Tx monitoring server : Polyview (Ceragon Link),XMS (Igate Veraz compression equipment),EMS BGF (ECI ADM),SO-EM (ericsson Node)
    - In charge of installation of Ericsson Microwave equipment indoor and outdoor unit
    (Mini Link E, Traffic Node TN), responsible for System configuration, check line of Sight, Dishes, system commissioning and Acceptance.
    - Manage implementation teams (up to 14 teams) to install Ericsson equipment (BTS, Transmission) According to Ericsson Standards & ensure that the installation procedures are done according to Safety regulation. (Inside & Outside).
    - Implemented international link on microwave link towards Zain Sudan and Camtel Cameroon
    - Successfully Coordinated ECOBANK Project (consist to connect all Ecobank agencies in CHAD via Airtel Network).
    - Successfully Swap 04 Vsat link to the backbone in order to save cost
    - Successfully implemented compression equipment (Maxpro and Igate) in the network for A-interface for remote BSCs
    - Successfully Coordinated the ECI-Ceragon Project (consist to change all transmission infrastructure from Ericsson to ECI-Ceragon equipment)

    2008 - 2010 Executed Operations and Maintenance activities in order to ensure a good quality of Airtel radio and transmission service.
