  - Focus and align the Plants' organization to meet business goals; accountable for delivery and year-to-year improvement of business operations / supply chain results: financial, quality, service, safety, employee relations climate, inventory, organizational development,
  - Continuously improve safety: accountable for a clean, safe, environmentally responsible manufacturing operation.

  - 40% inventory turns improvement,
  - 20% Quality index improvement,
  - 10% Productivity improvement,
