  • H&M Hennes et Mauritz, Geneva, Switzerland - Marketing Concept Manager

    2014 - 2017 In charge of developing local campaigns as well as adjusting global campaigns across bought and owned media channels (H&M operates over 90 branches in Switzerland, where the brand has been present since 1978).

    • I was responsible for communication campaigns and marketing activities related to store openings, including the first Swiss flagship store in Geneva in 2016 and the H&M Home street marketing campaign in Basel in 2014.

    • I conducted local marketing activities for the Swiss market in line with the international strategy: I coordinated the brand sponsoring activities during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Days Zurich 2014, I collaborated with Sales and Visual teams to support the sales strategy, I worked closely with local stakeholders (for example, Eco.Gala sponsoring in 2015).

    • I tailored global campaigns to meet the specific needs of the local market, with a focus on Divided and Conscious campaigns from December 2015 (collaterals development, media purchases in cooperation with Havas Media Switzerland, collaboration with H&M Social Media Manager and local influent bloggers).
  • OODJI – LAGEN SA, Geneva, Switzerland - Marketing Analyst & Coordinator

    2012 - 2014 Head of Operational Marketing and surveys for an international fashion retailer (Lagen SA is in charge of the international development for the Oodji group, which counts over 400 stores in Russia and Eastern Europe).

    • I managed stores communication and POS Materials: I defined the needs, chose the agencies, briefed the designers, took an active part in the negotiation process and the subsequent production phase, and coordinated both internal and external stakeholders

    • I conducted marketing surveys (customer needs, brand positioning, price, competitors monitoring): project set up, tenders, reports and analyses

    • I was in charge of digital customer database: I designed emails, managed the database and carried out analysis (over 20,000 registered customers); I also managed the agencies in charge of the Facebook accounts (around 20,000 fans)
  • TNS Sofres, Paris, France - Senior Research Executive

    2008 - 2011 Definition and implementation of international marketing projects, with high strategic stakes: performance measurements of after-sales services, pricing, trade-off analyses.

    • Project management: I analysed customer needs, contributed to production, wrote strategic recommendations and action plans, supported customers in their operational implementation

    • I managed 2 people (1 Research Executive, 1 Intern) and liaised with several internal contacts
  • RENAULT UK, London, UK - Trade Programme marketing assistant and project manager

    2007 - 2008 Marketing assistant and project manager for the Trade Programme (The Trade Programme aims to increase the sale of Renault parts and accessories to Independent Motor Traders in the UK).

    • I designed and launched the new Trade Programme Website
