Giving massages is a wonderful way of giving and helping others feel better and healthier.
I followed a course in ayurverdique massages from the London international center of Champissage.
The Ayurverdique massage is a massage done with warm sesame oil. Through the rubbing, petrissage, friction. This massage can stimulate your circulation and helps you to mentally relax. It helps eliminate built up toxins, release tension and have a positive action on stress.
It nourishes the body, senses and the spirit.
I live near Paris and practice my massage at your home.
I continue to create different floral arrangements.
By doing both massages and floral arrangements it keeps me in contact with the nature and a certain wellbeing. All good things should be shared.
