Annalisa is a business-focused International HR Director. Completely bilingual and bi-cultural (French-English) with intermediate Spanish, Annalisa holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC business school. She has also trained as a coach with the Coaching Training Institute (CTI), global leader in the business. She thrives in complex, fast-moving environments where change is the norm and has worked across all sectors from retail and e-commerce to professional services and pharmaceutical.
In her current role as Global HR Director for the Destination Services Division, Annalisa is based in Spain and manages a team of HR professionals and is responsible for 5000+ employees globally. A member of the Executive Board, she drives the HR strategy within the organization, acting as a business partner and coach. She has developed a deep understanding for operational excellence and creates an HR Agenda to drive organizational effectiveness, high performance, leadership capability and employee engagement.
Previously, Annalisa was a senior HR Business Partner for the Travelocity Group (lastminute.com). She was the primary HR partner for five VPs and SVPs and on a number of Executive Boards. She covered the full range of HR from talent acquistiion and development to compensation and benefits.
Before joining Sabre Holdings, Annalisa personally set up the Communications and Change Management business in France for Mercer, the world’s largest consulting firm. A key player in its development across Europe and the Middle East., she was adept at creating and implementing business development and marketing strategies. She excels at developing strong business relationships and has sharp analytical skills which have served her well as a basis for finding highly creative solutions for her clients. Her communication expertise covers the full spectrum of written and oral skills and she has managed numerous creative teams over the years.
In additional to her “day” job, Annalisa provides executive coaching and is a qualified personal trainer.
