    2011 - 2011 We participated to the World Cup in Kuala Lumpur with the project KEY (Keep Empowering the Youth). This project is aiming at helping people with difficulties : unemployed or disabled people for example.

    My team and I were more especially in charge of organizing a speed recruiting day for the physically challenged people : the "HandiCapJob" event.

    2010 - 2011 Our mission was to help disabled people to find a job through our yearly event HandiCapJob. This event consists of a career fair and a « speed recruiting » happening in Lille, France.

    - Results: 27 firms and 170 disabled people actively involved, 24% people got a second interview, 10% got a job.
    - Skills developed: The ability to manage complex projects, organizational, budget & time management skills, self-starter and team player.
