    • Responsibilities: creating a detailed and executable 5-year business plan to start selling petroleum products and providing associated services to mining companies in the region
    • Secondary responsibilities: industrial lubricants market analysis
    • Major achievements: identifying a significant sales increase potential for Total and future launching of a business unit to meet the regional mining market’s strong and growing demand for petroleum products & services

    2009 - 2010 • Freelance strategy consultant for a start-up wishing to get a foothold in the Cycle Chic market : stylish cycling clothes and accessories

    • Responsibilities: participating in the definition of the commercial strategy and specific petroleum products & services offer for each targeted industry (e.g. Mining, Wood Industry), doing commercial performance comparative analysis of Total’s subsidiaries and providing support to several of them (e.g. Niger, Tanzania, Guinea) for identifying new business opportunities, participating in the organization of a competition between the Group’s subsidiaries
