    2008 - 2011 The International Semiconductor Development Alliance (ISDA) is a joint development program of seven leader companies in the field of Semiconductors: Samsung, Toshiba, Renesas (ex-NEC), STMicroelectronics, Infineon, GlobalFoundries (ex-AMD) and IBM. It is located at IBM Fabrication Unit, in East Fishkill (NY). This alliance is sharing means of production and research, to develop advanced C-MOS technologies (32nm in 2008-2009, 28nm in 2009-2010, 20nm since 2010).

    As an electrical characterization, I lead the development of In Line Test conditions and specifications during the development and the transfer phases.

    I am also in charge of the Electrical Characterization team of the FabSync project, which aims at synchronizing manufacturing facilities from IBM, Samsung, Global Foundries and ST for the transfer of Core CMOS technology. More informations -->
