Major interfaces: ASN, WMS, GXS, QUADREM.
Cross-team coordination (BTC, BAC, ICC, Satyam, IBM, WIPRO), follow-up for incidents resolution, Change Request management
Other applications: NCPS and GDS – L3 support, standard routines, market deployment, process review and optimization, KT to L2 (shadowing periods and go live), Incident resolution Quality follow up through KPIs.
Tasks prioritization and scheduling between sustain and construct activities.
Construct activities
Small enhancement management, prioritization and delivery follow up
Change release creation and implementation following Nestle processes (release calendar, validation,…)
WMS Mapping Migration in GXS: Mapping validation (IDOCs/EANCOM)
GDS: Market Deployment (GLN, Default values, SAP XI)
Methodology: Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE)
Operations Review (DOR-WOR) – Daily, weekly reporting and review of KPIs, actions determination, workload estimation, prioritization and planning
Participation in leading and lagging KPI definition,
Focus Improvement: GSTD approach and Writing of Standard Routine (participating in the tickets volume decreasing - of the 5.2 KPI from 7 to 3 daily IM for BAS OPERATIONS & I&R, - of the NCPS application IM decreasing of 44%)
