    2008 - 2010 - The primary goal is to assist in the support and development of the distributor business
    - Responsible for the sale and promotion of company products within my distributor’s territories from Middle East and Africa (Dubai, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, French islands…)
    - Develop and maintain a strong, mutually beneficial working relationship with Distributors and all area sale managers in Southern Europe understanding the specific requirements for each market
    - Responsible for receiving, acknowledging, processing, monitoring, consolidating, shipping distributor’s orders and prepare all the shipping documents.
    - Liaising with forwarders to consolidate shipments, maximize container size and minimize freight
    - Liaising with marketing and credit departments
    - Dealing with pricing and shipping discrepancies and issuing credit notes
    - Setting up new African accounts with new processes
    - Intense use of SAP
