    2014 - 2015 Engineer at CHU Poitiers. My aim is to continue to develop a demonstrator software that can automatically diagnose the severity of diabetic from images of retinas of diabetic retinopathy patients.

    The software is developed in JAVA and is able to read specific image compression types, do some very specific treatments (image registration, growth germ, anisotropic smoothing, random forests of decision trees classification, etc.).

    Two interfaces are available, one for simple use and one for a more technical use.

    A paper is being written onto this subject.
