  • Enyo Pharma - Head of the drug discovery platform

    2014 - maintenant Co-founder of the company ENYO Pharma. This company is focused on the discovery and development of original tools controlling viral replication by targeting intracellular therapeutic targets. Internal lead programs of ENYO Pharma first concern the treatment of seasonal and severe flu as well as chronic hepatitis B. Second wave programs are concerning HIV and polyomavirus viruses reactivation.

    2006 - 2014 Drug discovery expert. 15 years research experience in academia and biotech.

    

Currently principal investigator in omics data analysis and drug discovery platform:

    

•Expertise in innovative discovery from conceptual systems biology (virus-host interactomes, cell signalling …) to network pharmacology, rational target identification and drug repositioning strategies
    •Inventor of peptide repositioning. Selection of evolutionary designed viral peptides, novel class of cellular function modulators
    •Successful experience on multiple discovery projects in a translational environment (biochemistry, virology, cell biology, bioinformatics, chemistry).

Trained as a PhD in biochemistry and cell biology, with a post-doctoral experience in cancer field.

  • Aptanomics S.A. - Chef de projet

    2002 - 2005 Membre du conseil scientifique de l’entreprise. Brevet et publication pour la découverte d'une nouvelle cible protéique dans le traitement du cancer. Encadrement de deux ingénieurs. Un brevet et une publication.

  • Institut de biologie et chimie des protéines (IBCP, CNRS) - Doctorant en biologie

    1997 - 2001 Participation à la création du laboratoire. Travaux de recherche sur le trafic des protéines chez les cellules eucaryotes. Encadrement de deux étudiants de DEA. 5 publications.

  • ITECH-Lyon et Laboratoire de Chimie des Procédés de Polymérisation (CNRS) - Stagiaire

    1996 - 1996 Mise au point d’une peinture latex innovante à propriétés biocides.
