Après une première expérience en tant qu'OPC, puis deux ans à Jakarta (Indonésie) en tant que chargé de projets immobiliers Asie-Pacifique pour le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères, je rejoins le groupe The Ascott en novembre 2012.

Au sein du département Product & Technical Services, je suis en charge de la Maîtrise d'Ouvrage des projets de construction et rénovation des résidences du groupe sur la région Europe.


I am a construction engineer (ESTP Paris, ETS Montreal) with a specialization in construction project management.
After a first experience as a site coordinator and a 2-year experience in Jakarta, Indonesia as a real-estate project manager Asia-Pacific for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I joined The Ascott Group in November 2012.

As a Senior Executive in the Product & Technical Services department, I am in charge of the project management (Client side) of the new construction and renovation projects of the serviced residence of the group in Europe.

    Project management (Client side) on new construction and renovation projects of the serviced residence of the group. I am in charge of the description of the product, coordination of the design and construction phases, tender calls, respect of the group standards.

    Paris 2010 - 2012 Mission de Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (études de faisabilité, programmation, gestion des budgets et des contrats) sur des opérations de construction et de rénovation de bâtiments du patrimoine immobilier français en Asie et Océanie.

    Principaux projets : nouveau campus diplomatique français de Jakarta, nouvelle ambassade de France à Bangkok, nouvelle Alliance Française à Bangkok, relocalisation de l'ambassade de France aux Philippines.

Writing scope of services and scope of works specifications for complex new construction, rehabilitation and refurbishment projects, organization of Architectural competition and follow- up of the studies, contractual and financial follow-up of the projects, feasibility studies.
