• Faurecia - China Supplier Quality Manager

  2007 - 2009 Supplier Development (11 plants): Define the budget for suppliers performance in production. Organize the monthly supplier performance reviews in China division. Lead the TOP10 supplier issues.
  
  Programs (14 engineers): Transfer the knowledge to the China division in terms of methods and tools. Lead the major program issues related to suppliers. Secure 4 major launches (Ford, GM, Nissan).
  
  Export (US, EU, Korea, Brazil): Put in place a LCC team to manage the suppliers issues related to export.
  
  Commotities: Manage the panel of suppliers for quality aspects (300 suppliers). Manage the qualification of the suppliers to our standards.
