    Saint Denis 2014 - maintenant Responsable de la conformité et de la Qualité des systèmes, produits et maintenances développés et livrés aux Clients intégrateurs et aux exploitants
    A travers la réorganisation de la structure Qualité et du déploiement terrain des outils & méthodes du groupe dans un contexte multiculturel et de production de petites séries (# 250 personnes – 18 unités de développement & productions dans le monde).

    Principales réussites :
    - Déploiement opérationnel des outils basiques de la Qualité tels que le QRQC niveaux 1 et 2 : PDCA-FTA, Retours d’expérience et processus & gouvernance, gestion qualité de projet et des fournissuers - Réduction des non conformités Client de 47% sur 18 mois.
    - Mise en place des processus et outils de communication EHS au sein des usines (partage des bonnes pratiques, traitements des accidents, audits sécurité, … 7 sites certifiés OHSAS 18001 – réduction de 50% des accidents avec arrêt sur 2016 et 2017.
  • Alstom - Quality & EHS Vice president

    Saint Ouen 2009 - 2014 for Power industry:
    as Director @ Hydro Business and
    as Vice President @ Nuclear Business (since 1st of July 2012)

    Responsible for: the continuous improvement of Environment, Health & Safety and the quality of products, services & processes in Hydro Europe through the deployment of the Hydro quality & EHS policy, the implementation of the Hydro standard quality & EHS system and the management of all Europe Quality & EHS resources (# 100 people to manage) and activities.


    Main successes in Hydraulic Business:
    -Quality and EHS Organisations, both, in place
    -Quality & EHS Key deliverables & Quality dashboard/report launched.
    -8D (Problem Solving Tool), FMEA, implemented. SPC in process
    -Quality & EHS involvement in Tender phases
    -Engineering Changes & Risk assessment initiated on products

  • Faurecia Automotive Seating - Mechanisms Programs Director

    nanterre 2007 - 2009 The Program Director is responsible for making his team or Program Managers able to lead the program from award (or 'Request For Quotation Approval' ) until 6 months after Start of Production. He is the guarantor of customer satisfaction in conjunction with the achievement of program QCD objectives, while ensuring profitability throughout the entire program lifecycle.The main missions of the role are to: Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official Faurecia representative. Liaise with the Program Controller, build the initial Business Plan, & take economical responsibility for all deviations. Launch and monitor the Program .Conduct Risk/Opportunity analyses & action plans. Arbitrate any conflicts with the customer. Staff, manage and co-ordinate a cross-functional program team, & define Program managers' objectives and assignments. Create a "Program Management culture" by appling Program Management System (PMS) at all steps.

    nanterre 2003 - 2007 The mission of the Supplier Quality Director is, in consistency with the Group Quality Purchasing policy, to protect faurecia plants & programs against Quality, Cost & Delivery issues on supplies .
    The main responsibilities are: Through ppm & Complaints indicators and in line with the mission, he has to define & implement the purchasing quality strategy : by assessing the suppliers, deploying Supplier Partnership ( continuous improvement)tools within purchasing network & Key Suppliers, ensuring that appropriate/robust Quality resources (people & methods) are allocated to Supplier management in Panel, Programs & Series.managing the Supplier Quality resources, by beeing involved in Sourcing committee process for the selection of suppliers in programs and in series, ensuring that only approved PPAP are provided to faurecia ( incl. Process/Product changes, Suppliers changes, transfers, Supplier Development or VA/VE actions,…), assessing Purchasing processes QCD performance.
  • ALSTOM - Global Sourcing Director

    Saint Ouen 2000 - 2003 Responsible for:
    - Leading ALSTOM Sourcing and Supplier Quality improvement programme by leveraging the purchases, developing strategic partnerships and driving Quality and Productivity programme with ALSTOM Sectors for technical improvements in order to reduce by 50% Cost of Non Quality.
    - Assessing and driving action plans together with local teams ( Supplier / Sourcing Dept. ) and implementing the appropriate training courses.
    - Implementing of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) & continuous improvement policy & structure in ALSTOM Sectors & Key suppliers.
    - Training ALSTOM people to reduce Total Sourcing Cost and key at the highest Quality level ( Process re-engineering, 6 Sigma)
    Main successes
    -Impl. of SQA activities ( QCD ) in Transport, T&D and Marine
    ->> 600 people trained in SQA & Purchasing modules
    -Launch of improvement programme at Suppliers.
    -Creation of Company GS Roadmap to assess the Sourcing Maturity level.

    Paris 1995 - 2000 Accountable for management of Supplier Quality activities
