    - Service Delivery : 5 persons who schedule the service on site of the engineers technical assistants and service technicians (total of 80 people, Siemens and Providers for 4000 service on site / year).
    - Hot Line : 3 persons who organise the service request for technical assistance by phone.

  • Siemens - Team Leader Customer Services

    Saint-Denis 2010 - 2016 Five years ago, I have been nominated to become the team leader of the customer service call center. Since, our team increased from 2 to 5 persons. Thanks to the obtained results, we are now scheduling the interventions of the engineers technical assistants and service technicians (total of 80 people, Siemens and Providers for 4000 service on site / year).
    - Organizations and follow-ups of the interventions in France and abroad, in association with the local entities Siemens all around the world.
    - Offer and Quote editing regarding the services on site, follow up (customer satisfaction, conformity, safety, efficiency, ...).
    - Implementation of centralized and computerized management for technician and engineers schedule. Update of the processes.

    Saint-Denis 2005 - 2010 Commissioning, maintenance, technical assistance or trainer in France and overseas
    - Asiaflex – Johor, Malaisia: Multiple Sinamics S120 commissioning in a new factory of manufacturing flexible pipelines.
    - Cement Works - Hamma Bouziane, Algeria: Five Sinamics G150 (1,5MW) commissioning (Enhancers + Fans + Oven).
    - Wonji Shoa Sugar Factory – Nazret, Ethiopia: Expertise of electricity network with softstarters 3RW44 to start water pumps.
    - Akzo Nobel – Dourdan, France: Energy audit of the production site.
    - GMP - Le Havre / Gravelines, France: Participation at the commissioning of the drives of container cranes ZPMC : Staff training for the customer on frequency converters Masterdrives and Sinamics. Curative maintenance on several containers cranes.
    - ArcelorMital – Dunkerque, France: Drives commissioning on the granulation line Blast furnace1.
    - Airbus – Toulouse, France: Training of the team of developers of the assembly station of A380 to the Masterdrives MC technology. Few years later, expertise of the same post allowing the reliability and the optimization of its functioning. The production passed of a plane a month to a plane a week.
    - Photonis – Brive la Gaillarde, France: Renovation of a machine allowing the manufacturing of the main part of the night-vision glasses. Study (Electrotechnics + Programming) and commissioning. Three other machines has been renovated
    - Goss – Saint Quentin, France: Tests and validation of the electric cabinets installed on the rotary presses of printing office intended for the world market.

  • Forinter - Technical Middle Manager and Trainer

    1998 - 2005 Trainer and Technical assistance on variable speed driver and electric distribution
    - Institut Schneider Formation – Rueil Malmaison, France: Trainer of staff of Maintenance, Engineering and Department of Education on the Schneider VSD and on the electric distribution (Circuit breakers, Contactors, Isolation Switch, Coordination of the protections and the standards of installation).
    - Centre de Formation Industrie Siemens – Saint Denis, France: Trainer of staff of Maintenance, Engineering on the Siemens VSD
    - Total – Mabruk, Lybie: Implementation of a prototype system of pumping of oil (VSD-ATV66 against a traditional pump). Production increased from 1700 to 2500 barrels / day and the mechanical maintenance considerably decreased.
    - ASI BF – Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso: Softstarter ATS48 commissioning for water pump and training for technician on site.

  • Lycée Saint Joseph / La Dépêche du Midi - Teacher and Freelance Journalist

    1994 - 1998 - This first professional experience has been very rewarding to enable me to develop teaching skills, a real springboard for the result of my career.
    - The journalism was more that an annex activity. Actually, I have been able to follow my favorite sporting discipline (Rugby League) with a different angle and increase my sense of the analysis and reporting. If I add to this that I have been able to practice another passion, photography, I got only benefits of this additional activity.
