    • Develop the approach for each shoot; coordinate staff to carry out the shoot
    • Keep abreast of the latest trends and be creative while gathering information about brands
    • Participate in pre-shoot meetings (share information and inspire brainstorms while remaining conscious of business constraints)
    • Conduct research for décor and accessories to support each shoot

    Conducting each shoot:
    • Be qualitative (timing) in the shooting preparation (decoration, style, material, pack shot product, homepages of brand sales)
    • Coordinate studio team to ensure speed and quality
    • Adhere to event-specific deadlines
    • Verify preparation of samples
    • Verify edit and upload of photos

    After each shoot:
    • Help or manage pack away of all items and return the studio to good condition
    • Store all samples and fashion design tools
    • Collect and incorporate feedback from shoots as applicable
