    PARIS 2010 - maintenant - In charge of maximising Mac, iPad and iPod sales in 3rd party retailers (Fnac, Boulanger, Media Saturn) where specific Apple merchandising programs have been deployed (Inline tables)
    - Manage 10 to 12 POS in the North-East region of France (business follow-up, merchandising and coaching of the stores’ staff) $10m revenue generated in Q4’10
    - Creation and deployment of a reporting tool on FileMaker Pro to monitor and analyse sales across France (450 stores) for the field sales team (70 people using the database on a daily basis). Ongoing project for international roll-out.
  • Apple - AppleCare Product Manager EMEA

    PARIS 2008 - 2010 Provide Sales and Marketing support to EMEA countries for demand generation, ensure that AppleCare products are well known at touch points and lead some European projects that contribute to the growth of AppleCare business.

    European Reporting Tool creation to monitor and analyse sales performance (per country, RTM, POS) on a weekly basis.
    Launch of new AppleCare products (APP for iPhone) and geographical expansion (launch in Russia, Poland, Portugal, Greece, etc.).
    AppleCare re-launch program in EMEIA countries, new packaging launch.
    Creation of new sales and training tools. Enhanced merchandising in different sales channels.
