    Paris 2009 - maintenant The Change Management function is responsible for assessing and proposing specific change management requirements for effective and optimal implementation. It will ensure close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders within Alcatel-Lucent, driving for an integrated transformation approach and messaging across Alcatel-Lucent. This team will work across all cross functional Transformation program teams, Alcatel-Lucent University, communications, HR and regional leads to roll out and implement Change Management Initiatives.It manage a team which work across multiple organizations and Transformation program teams in APAC region to lead and integrate change management activities into their project plans. This includes key activities that will leverage Global Change Management methodology and framework to apply a structured change management approach for the people side of change caused by projects and change efforts as well as implementation of Transformation Programs.
