    Airbus Operational Performance Vision 2020 (transnational): Deployment of the methodology to meet the Airbus 2020 objectives related to the environmental performance (energy, CO2, VOC, water and waste). Establishment of the roadmaps and their associated action plans. The main tasks are:
    - definition of the project framework: baseline 2006, scope,
    OBS and WBS, risk analysis, kick-off meeting, communication
    - reporting on environmental performance (KPI)
    - as-is analysis on waste and VOC and action plan proposal
    - workshop organisation
    - project follow-up and consolidation into the roadmaps
    - VOC working group leader (chemical expertise)
    - regulatory survey on the different aspects

    Since June 2011
    TEAM LEADER
    Management of the Alten Environment Team (6 people):
    - interface between Alten and the Customer
    - focal point for the Alten business manager
    - mission follow-up

    Involvement in different ambitious projects:

    REACh: Census of the chemical products in the SAP-EHS database and support to integration and standardization of the « use descriptor system » of Airbus chemicals in a transnational context.

    Carriage of dangerous goods: revision of the internal documentation and establishment of the training aid.

    CFRP Recycling: State of the art for carbon fibre composite materials: market research, study of the deposits, and research of the existing and potential ways of treatment. Development of a CFRP recycling project: preliminary evaluation of the feasibility of the technology, collaboration agreement and patent filling considered.
