En résumé

Bonjour,
Je me nomme Claude Axel BASSILEKIN NDOMILEP, Camerounais, né le 09 Janvier 1984.
J'ai touché plusieurs domaines du Management dans le cadre de mon cursus académique (Master I Marketing Commerce Vente à l'Université de Douala, Licence en Finance Comptabilité et Fiscalité à l'Université Catholique Saint Jérôme, actuellement, Master II en Gestion Financière et Bancaire en Standby à l'Université de Douala).
Jusqu'ici, mes séjours en entreprise se déclinent en 5 expériences dans les domaines:
1. du conseil (Cabinets Stratégies! et Greg Cameroun)
2. de la Banque (SCB Crédit Agricole devenu entretemps une Filiale de Attijariwafa)
3. de la Presse (South Media Corporation, Société éditrice du quotidien Mutations)
4. de l'assistance juridique au sein du Cabinet le Leader.
Ces expériences ont, chacune à sa façon, été enrichissantes mais elles m'ont surtout inculqué une très forte volonté d'entreprendre et de devenir mon propre patron. Jusqu'ici, je suis associé à un expert judiciaire, enseignant à l'université et spécialisé dans la prospective économique et la gestion des projets. C'est, de mon point de vue l'expérience professionnelle la plus significative que je vis actuellement.Il y a en d'autres moins exaltantes mais qui me permettent de payer les factures et au sujet desquelles je ne m'étendrais pas ici.
Je suis en train de préparer le lancement de ma propre boite "formelle". Je compte y gagner en indépendance et pouvoir recruter à moyen terme. J'espère également que par le truchement de ce réseau social, je pourrais entrer en contact avec des potentiels associés et partenaires.
Mes centres d'intérêts principaux sont (listes non exhaustive):
Le développement personnel, l'intégration économique régionale (particulièrement aux niveaux des zones CEMAC, CEEAC, UEMOA et CEDEAO), les TIC (promotions des logiciels libres, applications informatiques, internet...), les génies logiciel et électronique, le Document de Stratégie pour la Croissance et l'emploi (DSCE), tous ce qui relève du montage et de la gestion des projets (montage de business, certification PMP et autres), les marchés financiers...
Comme secteurs potentiels d'investissement, je réfléchis à:
l'agriculture et les industries animales, la promotion des logiciels libres et au développement des industries des loisirs (Cinéma, musique, parc d'attraction, jeux vidéos...);
Si un de ces domaines vous intéresse n'hésitez pas à me contacter, je réponds toujours à mes messages même si je prends beaucoup de temps, en revanche, j'ai horreur des mails "préfabriqués" ou des courriels où une veuve me demande de l'aider à récupérer son héritage.

  • AIESEC - Project director

    2009 - 2009 Mars 2009- July 2009: Team leader learning of the YES project of AIESEC Douala. I was in charge of coordinating the work of a team of five (5) persons who had to manage the training of the human resources of the project. As outcomes:
    o We organized a two months training with 60 participants and 5 guest speakers on the topic; ”How to build a Business plan?”
    o 03 learning circles were organized
    o 02 Business plans were built at the end of that training: the teams are now raising funds to finance their projects.
    • July- December. 2009: Project Director of the Yes Project; I was in charge to manage 15 people regrouped into 3 teams (Promotion, Learning and Exchange). As the project director, I had to ensure the coordination of the activities of the project and the research of partnerships which could allow us to attain our objectives
    • To organize training and sensitization events about entrepreneurship
    • To sell our global exchange program to enterprises

  • BGI Castel Group - Researcher

    2009 - 2009 • April- May 2009: Researcher in “Société Anonyme des Basseries du Cameroun” a branch of the (BGI Castel Group). This work aimed at having a view of the social climate into the enterprise.

  • Cameroon Ô'Bosso - Program Manager, Trainer

    2008 - 2009 August 2008- Today: Member of the NGO Cameroon O’bosso;
    • Event management: As a member of the organisation committee, I had to ensure the communication to the target and make the follow up of the guests speakers before the event, take care of the logistic organisation and after manage the communication and the diffusion of the report,
    • Training and facilitation: I followed a training of the trainers delivered by Mrs Kah Walla the CEO of “Strategies!” and after this, I worked with two groups as a trainer, my first experience was with ANAJEHCAM and the topic was “Lobbying and plea” and the second was with ADDEC in Yaoundé and the topic was “Training of the trainers”

  • Stratégies! - Trainee

    2008 - 2008 July- September 2008: Internship at the consulting firm “Strategies!” which provides solutions to enterprises concerning their marketing and management difficulties. My specific tasks were :
    o Market and Customers portfolio analyses
    o Conception of commercial offers and promotional tools
    o CV database management
    o Participation in a recruitment process (calling the candidates, running interviews, organizing tests)

  • South media Corporation - Trainee

    2005 - 2005 • July- September 2005: Internship in the commercial service of “Le quotidien Mutations” A Cameroonian diary of general information. During that period, I was in charge of:
    o Helping the commercial manager to build commercial offers to the advertisers
    o Proposing a strategy to improve the attractivity of our space
    o Bringing him assistance during the effective negotiation
