SAINT GEORGES DE RENEINS

En résumé

- Currently working on QUOATS project (www.quoats.org): "harnessing new technologies for sustainable oat production and utilisation".
Employing state-of-art analytical tools (GC-MS, LC-MS) to describe phytochemical profiles of oat breeding lines;
Determining the impact of single oat variety on taste and shelf-life of oat based products.

- 2008-2010: KTP project which aims to enhance the shelf-life of oat based biscuits in partnership with Nairn's oatcakes Ltd. Has developped several methods to analyse and predict the shelf life of this type of products, including GC-MS headspace analysis, sensory analysis,infrared spectroscopy).

- Completed a diploma in Management (level 5) in 2010

- previously, worked as a research scientist for the European SAFEFOODS project (developped skills in metabolomics analysis, LC-MS, GC-MS and related analytical software)

- also experienced in sensory analysis, phytosanitary study and field trials.

I am looking to gain further experience in food analysis and project management.
