    2015 - maintenant * Lead breakthrough product development project to drastically reduce sugars (-30%) in Actimel formula:
    - Monitor and structure works for technological solutions assessment and test ;
    - Coordinate product development teams and scientific team

    * Lead strategic analysis (product portfolio nutritional status in Europe, Russia, Latin America and North America) and fuel top management team strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations to support business projects

  • Danone Nutricia Research Centre, France - Danacol - R&D Dairy, Science & Product Engineer

    2012 - 2014 * Built Danacol scientific communications (> 10 countries) and ensured credibility towards consumers and health care professionals

    *Monitored international teams to address business issues:
    -Japan: implemented two clinical studies to prove the safety and efficiency of Danacol
    - Argentina: built a scientific dossier allowing current health claim for Danacol (Vidacol)


    *Identify innovations through ingredients prospecting

    * In charge of crisis management and represented Danone with Health Authorities (DGCCRF)

    *Regular interactions with experts in cardiovascular health.

  • Danone Nutricia Research Centre, France - Danacol - Nutrition Department – Epidemiology/Quality, Nutrition Scientist

    2010 - 2011 * Led worldwide project to assess and understand nutritional and public health status in 5 countries (Italy, Netherlands, France, Russia and Brazil) :
    - Coordinated international teams and external providers in charge of data processing ;
    - Implemented and animated workshops for data sharing and identification of business opportunities

    Quality (internship)
    * Developed a tool to measure and analyse the nutritional quality of beverage products

    2009 - 2009 * Supported clients for scientific communication in the field of health and nutrition (Coca-Cola, EPODE Program against obesity)
