  2013 - maintenant Hired with the 3 year mission of building a new Testing and Commissioning (T&C) team from ground up focused around 3 business lines: Fixed Assets Supervision, Revenue Fare Collection and Urban Signaling (CBTC) projects.
  
  Key achievements:
  - Built-up, stabilized and rationalized a T&C team with 45 engineers in 3 years (10 in 2013, 25 in 2014 and 40 in 2015)
  - Established an efficient T&C team organization and recovered in less than 12 months the 2 main MTR projects
  - Decreased staff turnover from 22% to 8% by improving recruitment process and settling a motivating career path
  - Developed a product for automatizing point to point validation and achieved 500% workload reduction
  
  Core responsibilities:
  - Supervise all projects for T&C team and associated budgets (15 projects, 45 team members, 35 MLN USD)
  - Estimate and validate the budget of T&C activities in all bids of Thales Hong Kong
  - Recruit and allocate the resources to projects taking into account the projects priorities
  - Standardize T&C processes for the 3 business lines to increase in cost efficiency

  2008 - 2013 Thales Transportation and Security is a leader in Fixed Assets and Trains Supervision solutions for metro transportation systems worldwide. As a member of the team focused on infrastructure delivery and modernization, I covered various roles and participated to multiple mission critical projects involving extensive cross functional collaboration.
  
  Key achievements:
  - 2011 – 2013 : Successfully renovated the SCADA and ATS for the two lines of the Santo-Domingo metro
  - 2011 – 2011 : Built cost estimate and technical proposal for a bid to secure the assets of the Mexican oil company PEMEX
  - 2010 – 2011 : Delivered and ensured training of an innovative Drivers Management system for the Brussels metro
  - 2010 – 2010 : On schedule delivery of the SCADA for the first line of Makkah metro (launched for Hajj 2010).
  - 2009 – 2010 : Successfully renovated the Automatic Train Supervision systems for two lines of the Santiago metro
  - 2008 – 2009 : Successfully delivered the Fixed Assets Supervision system for the first line of the Santo-Domingo metro
  
  Core responsibilities:
  - Responsible for system design and T&C work packages, managing teams from 6 to 12 persons and 10 MLN USD projects
  - Define operational concepts and produce the systems specifications according to product policies
  - Build the functional and technical system architecture with a design to cost approach / manage the interfacing parties
  - Define T&C strategies and coordinate the testing teams for factory and site acceptances with the customer
  - Supervise system deployment, ensuring successful commissioning and handover to customers.

• STERIA - Banking Department - Software Engineer

  2006 - 2008 STERIA is leader technology provider for financial institutions and other key vertical market sectors. The "STECARD" product for credit card transaction is part of the company portfolio and has been widely adopted for 20+ years by multiple financial institutions in France.
  
  Key achievements:
  - Designed a SQL requestor to dynamically generate Human Machine Interface and reduce development overhead
  - Evaluated the operational efficiency of the product to improve HMI ergonomics
  
  Core responsibilities:
  - Define software requirements to support new features based on customer input
  - Design the software solution and produce the related technical documentation
  - Develop on a 3-tier architecture software in C for real time, JAVA-J2EE-HTML-JavaScript-AJAX for HMI
