Depuis 15 ans, je suis impliqué dans des projets d’optimisation de la fonction finance en tant que manager d’équipes opérationnelles en France et à l’étranger. A ce titre, j’ai pu développer les domaines d’expertise suivants :

    PARIS 2013 - maintenant Global project coordination to transform finance organisation of Société Générale. My scope concerns finance back office organisation with objectives to simplify processes and make the organisation more efficient.
  • Société Générale - P2P process owner

    PARIS 2011 - 2012 Implementation of continuous improvement of P2P process for Société Générale. The objectives are to structure and manage a transversal team in order to organize efforts and means to improve the Procure to Pay good processing from purchase request to suppliers payment.
  • Société Générale - Accounting SSC production manager

    PARIS 2011 - 2011 6 months job to organize suppliers accounting production teams for Société Générale SSC in Paris : management and resources organization, cleaning of invoices backlog, implementation of tools and best practices to guarantee production is stable and avoid new backlog effect, participation to tool improvement projects to back the production teams.

  • Bureau Veritas - Financial systems project manager, Bureau Veritas

    Puteaux 2010 - 2010 Management of project teams in charge of the deployment of the legacy system among the 160 countries Bureau Veritas covers. Projects mainly concern finance modules and tools deployment : accounting, credit collection, invoicing...

    Stabilization of development organization and IS functional user assistance within a very evolutive context (mergers and acquisitions, processes standardization, global exposure...). The main company tools were Siebel, Documentum and JD Edwards.

    My objectives were to offer a better service to Central and Regional Chief Financial Officers by quaranteeing functional evolutions of financial systems and provide reactive assistance in case of financial risks linked to data integrity and financial processes (invoicing, payments...).

    In parallel, I have to be involved in financial platform evolution and the implementation of new financial tools in the global network.

  • Accenture - Manager

    Paris 2006 - 2010 Financial and performance management consulting.

    Since january 2008 : Banking
    Project lead. Accounts payables accounting optimization and centralization.
    Team & Budget : 3 to 8 people - 2 millions Euros in 2009.


    From July to december 2007 : Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
    Functional lead. Definition of both actuals and forecasting financial reporting models and project management in order to implement a BW solution.
    Team : 6 people

    From June 2006 to June 2007: Automotive
    Functional lead for Mercosur. Implementation of headquarter Financial solution (SAP FI/CO/MM/AA) for South America taking into account legal and organisational aspects (Brasil and Argentina). This project was not an usual deployment but the conversion of an old system to a new one updated according to Group standards.

    Financial analysis, follow-up of the network financial risks, market studies. Financial consulting for the dealers of my perimeter (29 dealerships – 500 K€ of cumulated turnover)
  • PSA Peugeot Citroën - Internal Audit team manager

    Rueil Malmaison 2001 - 2004 From november 2001 to december 2004
    Audit missions in Citroën branches in France and abroad (Europe and Latin America). The analyzed subjects were accounting, management control, group organization norms fulfillment and sales efficiency.

  • PSA Peugeot Citroën - Project manager

    Rueil Malmaison 1999 - 2001 From July 2000 to October 2001:
    - Harmonization of the dealers information systems for each automotive activity in coordination with control management (Sales, after sales, warranty…);
    - Implementation of a new Accounting Information System for the Portuguese Branch.

    From February to December 1999:
    Implementation of new Accounting Information Systems in the European branches of the Group. I worked for Denmark, Austria and Portugal branches.
