2012 - 20121) Creation of optimized new DNA plasmid molecules for development of a quantitative yeast two-hybrid assay. Cloning was realized through double PCR and yeast homologous recombination.
2) Evaluation of the antiproliferative effect of mutants of a peptide aptamer on mammal cancer cells (HeLa and XC cells): cell culture in BSL-2 laboratory and proliferation assay done by flow cytometry thanks to a CMTMR labeling and an immunolabeling of the peptide aptamer.
