    2013 - maintenant J'ai effectué toute ma carrière au sein des départements Fusion-acquisition et Opérations et financements immobiliers du cabinet Gide Loyrette Nouel, et j'ai ainsi eu l'opportunité de traiter près d'une centaine d'opérations pour des montants compris entre 1 million et 1 milliard d'euros et revu et rédigé plus de 1.000 contrats et baux commerciaux.

    Je mène également une activité contentieuse importante qui me tient à cœur.

    Mon cabinet compte près d'une centaine d'avocats répartis dans 7 bureaux dans le monde.

    A Paris, nous sommes une vingtaine d'avocats dont 7 associés.

    Nous proposons un nouveau business model aux cabinets d'avocats internationaux, centré sur la relation long terme avec nos clients plutôt que la compétition interne et le niveau de facturation.

    I did all my career in the M&A and Real Estate Departments of Gide Loyrette Nouel. I advised major international investors on more than one hundred transactions between 1 Million and 1 Billion Euros and I reviewed and drafted more than 1.000 commercial contracts and leases (retail, office, housing, social housing).

    I also handle all the real estate litigations of my clients.

    My firm has around 100 lawyers and 7 offices in the world. In Paris, we are 20 lawyers and 7 partners.

    We offer a new business model focused on long term relationships with our clients instead of internal competition and level of fees.

    Counsel to GLL in connection with the purchase of a logistic portfolio of 280.000 sq.m (€177 million).

    Joint ventures:
    Joint venture beween Unibail Rodamco and AFI ESCA related to a land development project on a land of 20,6 hectares in Louvecienne (78).
    Counsel to Alstom Grid, Bouygues Immobilier, Bouygues Telecom, ERDF, ETDE, Schneider Electric, Steria and Total Energie Développement in connection with the creation of the smart power grid of the City of Issy-les-Moulineaux.

    Financing:
    Counsel to GLL in connection with the financing of an office building of 4.150 sq.m located rue de Lisbonne (Paris 8th).

    Numerous leasing transactions and litigations.
