- Ensure schedule, topics and quality are in line with the business needs and delivered at optimum cost
- Foster a culture of improving precision of capturing business requirements
- Ensure compliancy with group policies, methodologies and standards
- Manage the design and development of the trainings and documents
- Own the methodology and the best practices in compliance with the training strategy defined
- Coach internal and external resources
- Train the Trainers for any application worldwide, in the Regions and in the Countries
- Advise countries and regions on the solutions to improve the levels of competencies and support the follow-up

Rapperswil-Jona2012 - 2015-> Set up the training process on the RMX Industrial & Quality system. From the training plan to the competency assessment. In the countries. Coach / Train the local Trainers, the Managers and the Quality team.
-> In charge of coaching/training the RMX countries trainers in the frame of the specific project School Plant Batchers. And ensure the project proceeds correctly. From the training plan, through the competency assessment, to the KPIs monitoring.
-> In charge of a project aimed at providing to RMX Production & Maintenance teams an IS solution (management of plants components counters, work request / order, ...). The developments are in progress
