    - Building the media plan: completing new TV campaign, billboards, in-store communication.

    - Recommendation and launch of a new kids brand: “Hubba Bubba”.

    - Managing the switch from Glaces Gervais to Nestlé Glaces in the field of visual identity.
    - Building of a new strategy for the POS material
    - Elaborating “géo-marketing“ to paint key outlets with Nestlé colours.

    AUSTRALIA :
    - Developing with the media agency the new visual identity of Nestlé Ice Cream in Australia.
    - Implementing this visual identity first in Sydney during the Olympic Games to counter competition, and then organising the national roll out.

    - Leading the development of a new ice cream with the R&D team for the Pacific region
