    - Screen the CVs, conduct phone interviews with the preselected candidates and write candidate reports
    - Provide a short list of candidates for each vacancy

    - Provide support in administrating tests and interpreting the results( OPQ, Verbal reasoning Test,

    schedule/extract reports, support migration from version 7.5 to version 12, test all functionalities
    of the Taleo 12 before Go-live, take part in the trainings offered by Oracle)
