AREVA is the world's leading manufacturer of reactors and key components for nuclear power plants. They needed a new solution to manage their documentation, because their previous solution, a proprietary software, that was no longer supported by the editor.
Responsibilities:
- Developed a new internal DMS (Document Management System)
- Analysed the existing environment
- Developed the tools to migrate the previous database into the new structure
- Developed the intranet solution to upload, search and manage documentation (multi-
country intranet website, used by the UK and France to share documents)
This project won the 2006 AREVA efficiency prize.
Technologies used: ASP .NET 2.0, Javascript, HTML, SQL, C#, SQL Server 2003, Visual Studio.
