  2009 - maintenant Responsible for Lancôme products procurement for Mexico, in three areas: skin care, makeup and perfumes. It consisted of sales forecasts analysis to finished good procurement, given budget and stocks level constraints, it also required working with several interlocutors in Mexico, France and the US.
  
  Close contact with the marketing and sales team in Mexico.
  
  Obsoletes and Slow rotation products -66%: Introduction of new monitoring controls.
  
  Forecast Vs actual sales -26%: Establishment of a new methodology to verify sales Vs marketing info.

• LOREAL FRANCE - Financial controller analyst Latin America Zone

  2009 - 2009 Analyze work with management indicators such as: productivity in Latin American factories, Client service and stock levels in order to monitor performance and to determine opportunity areas.
  I developed a new interface to monitor product’s costs and help the new product development team in their analysis.

• LOREAL MEXICO - Project manager: Logistical Agreements

  2008 - 2009 Responsible for establishing a “win-win” relationship with L’Oreal’s plant suppliers. This is an international project conceived to ensure industrial reactivity and flexibility.
  
  I undertook other projects to optimize the process undertaken with suppliers and the reception center of the plant.
  
  I developed an automate application with Excel to classify each product manufactured at the factory, considering different criteria for an adequate ABC classification.

• AMERICAN EXPRESS - Risk Analyst, Collections Mexico

  RUEIL MALMAISON 2007 - 2008 Responsible of monitoring new collection strategies for defaulter clients. We considered different default client profiles according to risk and loss indicators.
  
  I was in charge of the automation of reports creation in order to optimize working time and this consisted in working with VB and SQL queries.
  
  I started a new internal performance report and eventually I was in charge of monitoring staff performance.
