  2007 - 2009 - Project management:
  In charge of technical specification writing for a cylinder valve system with pressure regulation and « proprietary » filling port in respect of time and cost features decided by the Marketing department – Examination of Standard aspect – Proposition of scenario and technical orientations - Choice of an innovative concept.
  > Meetings organization (brainstorming, project status) – Following of project partners during the different project steps (marketing interlocutors, designers…) – Interaction with Packaging domain experts.
  Responsible for the roadmap definition around technical innovations at short, mid and long terms for the « gas cylinder of the future » - Analysis of technical openings and issues in term of resources, costs and offer impact issues.
  > Organization of creativity sessions (TRIZ) – Experts meeting – Competitive intelligence and bibliography.
  - Innovation:
  Challenged as an organizer of a day dedicated to patents and technology intelligence (publications, new products…) for Intellectual Property at Air Liquide and competitors’ - Structure of intellectual property for the Packaging department: appropriate tools selection and help for permanent research for the team.
  Promoted to organize of a seminar gathering people from packaging domain and from different departments (R&D, marketing, industrial…) for thinking about innovation for the Future cylinder offer.

  In charge of feasibility study and implementation: design calculations thanks to internal software’s –– Transfer chosen product to the drawing office – Solution customer presentation.
  Accountable for new products testing: Contacts with tests laboratories for testing program definition and tests - Choice of the corresponding product answering to the application requirements – Customer presentation – Validation and production.
  - Sub’s technical support:
  Responsible for product recommendations: material compatibility of the accumulator with the application hydraulic circuit – ACCESS database setting up.
  Operate surveys: Analysis and solutions research for failures causes observed by customers.
  Participate actively in a technical workgroup meeting gathering technical people from different international subs’: regular meeting – Organization and common working tools setting up in a group spirit.
  - Product development:
  Manage a study for measuring direct pressure and temperature on accumulator – Researched different mechanical and electronic solutions – Suppliers contacts – Choice of the corresponding solution with the contribution of the conformity matrix]– Proposition to the hierarchy for validation (technical and cost aspects) – Tests – Presentation to different customers or subs.
  In charge of development of the new European accumulator Standards, especially for fatigue lifetime subject - Tests launching and following in external lab – Finite Element Analysis and creation of calculations notes according to this new Standard.

• McGill UNIVERSITY - Montréal (QUEBEC) - Intern for fluids mechanics laboratory

  2003 - 2003 Six-month-internship at McGill UNIVERSITY - Montreal (QUEBEC) – Fluids mechanics department (English department) – Responsible for experimental research project to understand different characteristics of turbulent flows (wind tunnel experimentation)

• Direction des Chantiers Navals (DCN) - Engineer responsible of “fluid” circuits for the Singaporean frigate called DELTA

  2003 - 2004 - Responsible for control of first start-ups and validation tests for the different “fluid” circuits (fresh water, gasoil, oil, fire protection…).
  Management and solving on-board assembly problems – Direct relation with production and installations managers in the aim to have a quick coordination between the different parts.
  Weekly meeting to follow the tests advancement and to solve critical points in timeline: propositions of solutions and permanent following of urgent actions advancement.
  - Accountable for technical specifications for suppliers and material exchanges.
  Team people supervision and control of the DCN database updated with the technical project documents. Reports concerning the team work to hierarchy.
  - Challenged to take part at meeting with project director concerning problems raised by the customer on different technical points.
  Management team in the aim to gather technical and contractual justifications to answer to customer requests.

• TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING - Intern for renewable energy team

  GENNEVILLIERS 2002 - 2002 Three-month-internship at TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING - Brussels (BELGIUM) – Renewable energies department – In charge of project for a database creation concerning wind farmers setup in France and contribution to pilot studies for future wind farmers in Belgium.
