- Represent the painting team within the project groups.
- Assist the production plants in reaching their targets for improving quality and productivity.
- Make initial samples and files, and present them to the customers.
- Makemass-production parts.
- Track the development costs and take actions on suppliers with the purchasing department.
- Define the technical needs in relation to customers' specifications.
- Follow plannings relative to customers' validation and internal lab tests.
- Carryout the process FMEA.
- Lay out the facilities.
- Analyse and take an active part, with paint laboratory and production plants, in problems' solving.
- Analyse the capacities of second-tier suppliers being active in quality audits.
- Control schedules, budgets and quality level of the projects.
- Organize validation tests with paints' suppliers.
- Tune up new application processes.
- Draft test reports concerning the development activity and actualize them.
- Provide technical assistance to the production plants until start of production and 6 first months.
- Converge the rejects by giving opinion on robots' trajectories and parameters.
- Take part in Request for quotations.
