HR senor profesional : Labor relation, HR transformation.
I joined IBM in November 2001 after 8 years of experience in French Labor Law firms. I was appointed as Labor Relations and Workforce leader in France, managing the relationships with Unions and Work councils: Implementation of Labor processes in accordance with legal rules, Negotiation of Collective agreements and management of transformation projects.
In 2008, my scope of responsibilities was extended to Europe, sharing my time with operational tasks and the coordination of major initiatives. At this point of time, I also became the HR Subject Matter Expert for Merge, Acquisitions and Divestitures. This role allowed me to be part of cross-countries projects and tighten relationships with business leaders.
In 2011, I was promoted as Director, Employee and Labor Relations, covering globally the ER/LR function, with a clear objective to optimize synergies between the countries, share experiences, values and expertise. In 2012, I took additional global responsibilities: Case Management and Workforce Programs teams reporting to me.
In 2012, in the same role, I was assigned to India to focus on growth markets, and organize the Employee and Labor Relations teams in this country (which represents more than 120.000 employees).
In October 2013, I started to develop other HR competencies, being appointed as HR Director of the NORDIC area (4 countries, 7000 employees), located in Copenhagen (Denmark) to manage the HR teams and support business initiatives, mainly around transformation and development of talents.
Since July 1, 2015, I am back in Paris and in charge of the Labor transformation of the Services in Europe (Workforce: 40.000 employees).
In June 2016, the scope of responsibilities was extended to the other Business Units, and additional geographies.
