Mon offre s'étend de la gestion de projets à la rédaction de documents scientifiques (dossiers réglementaires, support de formation, campagne marketing). J’identifie, j’analyse et je compile les données scientifiques afin de rédiger le document correspondant aux besoins de mes clients.

  2007 - 2011 Since October 2007, I have been working as a postdoctoral researcher in the group of the Professor Fergal O'Gara in the BIOMERIT Research Centre, Microbiology department of the University College Cork in Ireland. One of the main projects of the lab is to identify new drug targets in order to attenuate the virulence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in patients with cystic fibrosis. As part of this thematic my specific subject was to characterize the mechanism involved in the activation of a transcriptional regulator controlling the virulence of P. aeruginosas. I am also currently working on phylogenetic history of this transcriptional regulator family. As regards to my technical skills, I have been working extensively in genomic manipulation, recombinant DNA technology, protein expressions and protein-DNA interactions.

• INRA - PhD

  Paris 2004 - 2007 I received my Ph.D. in the field of microbiology and phytopathology at the University of Angers in France (2007). The project I worked on was to study the pathogenicity and the genetic relationships of the Xanthomonas campestris’ pathovars. During this project, I performed pathogenicity test and phylogenytic study (MLSA/MLST) on plant pathogenic bacteria. Beside this project, I developed a new method to detect living X. campestris in cruciferous seed lots by BIO-PCR.
