  For Business Cooperation Contract management:
  o negotiate, plan and follow up Ho Chi Minh City telecommunication access network projects deployment

  o more than 7MUSD savings on CAPEX achieved in 2009
  o reduction of maintenance cost by 20% in 2008 and 2009
  o organization of the participation of Orange in 4 exhibitions in Vietnam in 3 years, with high media coverage reached
  o organization of a mobile application dev camp in 2009 and 2010 in HCMC

• Orange - Team leader of local loop project managers

  Paris 2003 - 2007 Management of 22 local loop project managers:
  o group competencies management in order to increase productivity
  o work process transformation management in order to increase economic efficiency through the implementation of lean management technics
  o direct technico-economic validation of local loop projects (total 900k€/year investments)
  o negotiation with key customers and local authorities (mayor, regional authorities) to facilitate local loop project implementation and reduce cost
  o 30% team work efficiency improvement in 2 years (after lean management implementation)
  o Development of a follow up management tool used by the 7 regional teams

• Alcatel Lucent - WDM system research and design engineer

  Paris 2001 - 2003 o interface between Alcatel product development center (in France and USA), the marketing team (in Italy) and research team (in France) for terrestrial WDM system
  o follow up of the 1640 WDM system, including validation of new features, testing and validation of new network configuration and test bed management for customer visit
  o coordination of technical support for Alcatel RFP answer to very long distance WDM system
  o patents deposit (2 in 2 year)
  o presentation during scientific conference (ECOC 2002 conference in Copenhagen)

  o commissioning responsible for project up to 700M$ (South American Crossing): customer interface, team management (up to 30 people in 5 countries), 4 month per year spent abroad
