    Rueil-Malmaison 2011 - 2014 Key responsibilities:
    Reporting directly to Supply chain manager cluster France / Italia / Switzerland and W.Europe TPM manager
    In charge of 3 breweries in France for a total of 5.2 M Hl production - 2000 employees
    Managing directly 10 TPM facilitators in brewery level
    Leading the TPM roll-out, implementation of the France vision and future organization world class contributor
    Act as International Heineken TPM auditor, trainer and leading member for TPM worldwide simplification
    Main achievements:
    20% improvement on Key indicators (productivity, OPI-TRS, 0 accident, quality award)
    Reinforcement of Daily Control System in all the departments and problem solving spirit in routine day-life

    In charge of 8 breweries + one glass manufacturer- 7 M Hl. managing directly 8 TPM facilitators at brewery level
    Kinshasa brewery manager back-up (500 FTE management)

    Contributor to 20% volume growth (improvements and investments) on a very dynamic market

    Reporting directly to the brewery manager, in charge of 2.5 M Hl packed and management of 125 persons
    Main achievements:
    Packaging department re-organization (- 50 FTE's, productivity saving: 15%) and contributor to the merger of 2 breweries (Fisher brewery closure)

    Rueil-Malmaison 2002 - 2006 Key responsibilities:
    Reporting directly to the brewery manager and France TPM manager
    In charge of the Mons en Baroeul brewery (350 FTE's, 2.5 M Hl) ISO and TPM program
    Managing directly 4 persons by implementing a TPM / ISO office to support the organization
    Main achievements:
    Implementation of the integrated Quality - Environment - Safety and TPM systems
    ISO V2000, 14001 (0 remark)
    Productivitity (+15%), non-quality cost (-25%), accidents (-75%).
  • Pechiney - Continuous imprvmt manager

    Paris 1998 - 2002 Key responsibilities:
    Reporting directly to the factory manager and France Continuous manager
    In charge of the Celograf Continuous Improvement roll-out (180 FTE's) and In-plant Ink manager (direct: 4 FTE's)
