Eric Ottou is a skilled executive Manager with experience in the Aerospace and Defence industry sectors.

He joined Thales in 1989 and started his career in Toulon where his spent 9 years in a number of roles including R&D, software engineering and project management in the domain of antisubmarine warfare working closely with the MoD research centers and French Navy.

Eric moved to Paris to join the Air Traffic Management domain where he contributed to the success of the Air Systems Customer Service activities worldwide. During 9 years in this complex international and multicultural environment, he developed an extensive understanding and strong competences in customer relationships, marketing & communication as well as Information Systems management associated with innovative services.

In 2009, Eric was appointed Group e-Business Process Director for Customer Services and Group Process Owner Deputy, reporting to Group Operations. He is responsible for the Customer Service processes and is Group Program Director of Information Systems solutions implemented within Thales.

A Chartered Engineer from the Ecole Centrale de Marseille, Eric also holds a first-class honours Master degree in International Management and an Executive MBA of Paris-Dauphine University / Université du Québec à Montréal.
