En résumé

Au cours de ces 15 dernières années, j’ai acquis de solides connaissances du monde de l'industrie pharmaceutique bien au-delà de la pratique des achats de de la logistique industrielle. Aussi, j'ai pris une nouvelle orientation à travers laquelle je souhaite pouvoir apporter une valeur ajoutée encore plus stratégique et plus globale dans l'entreprise.
J'ai donc rejoint une société pharmaceutique à taille humaine, Chrysalis Pharma, qui offre des perspectives de développement très significatives basées à la fois sur le développement d'une molécule dans deux axes thérapeutiques : mucoviscidose et leucémie et à la fois de développement d'une gamme de distribution de produits pharmaceutiques.
Cela représente une opportunité de contribuer à son développement en participant d'une part directement aux choix des orientations stratégiques et d'apporter mon savoir faire/expertise industriels pour organiser et structurer les activités de l'entreprise et participer à la mise en œuvre des plans d'action opérationnels

  • Chrysalis-Pharma - Vice-Président, Directeur Général Ressources globales

    2013 - maintenant Membre du comité exécutif de Chrysalis Pharma en charge de la définition de la stratégie globale et de l'élaboration des objectifs.
    En tant que directeur général, j'assume une double responsabilité stratégique et opérationnelle à savoir :
    - la supervision et la gestion des moyens (organisationnels, techniques, humains, financiers, logistiques,…) pour mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale et ainsi réaliser les objectifs assignés.
    - la gestion des activités industrielles de sourcing et de distribution, administratives et financières.
  • Sanofi - Global Procurement Head Energy & Wastes

    Paris 2011 - 2013 • Summary:
    - Provide a global strategy and vision for category Energy & waste which regroups several procurement families and enables the execution of the strategy via a worldwide network of global lead buyers and regional category managers
    - Management: Operational / 3 Global Lead Buyers & Transversal / 22 Regional category managers
    - Spend: 450 millions euros

    • Strategy:
    - Develop a high and comprehensive knowledge and awareness of the market, suppliers, and technology of the category
    - Elaborate best sourcing strategies based on risks and opportunities scenarios and business needs aligned with the business Long Range Planning

    • Management:
    - Ensure support, methodology, best practices, expertise, and training to the procurement network
    - Share and communicate sourcing decisions and way of implementation to the network and business
    - Recommend resource allocation and means to the support and implementation of the sourcing strategies
    - Provide broad guidelines for objective setting and performance level definition
    - To define initial input in and/ or final validation of team performance and objective achievement evaluation for global staff and contribution to validation for performance and objective achievement evaluation for regional staff

    • Operational
    - Carry out the most strategic negotiations with the relevant support of regional category heads
    - Develop and provide overall supplier market trend information to facilitate operational objectives definition and execution
    - Drive the development of new market opportunities (new suppliers, technologies,) with the Regional Category heads and lead buyers
    - Establish key priorities such as customer challenge, total cost optimization, and supplier management stratégies

    • Business Partnering
    - Develop strong relationship with executive customers at global and regional levels with the support of the regional category heads
    - Ensure procurement integration within the business at Global and Regional levels with the support of the Regional category heads

  • Sanofi aventis - CAPEX Purchasing Manager Vaccines & Pharma

    Paris 2008 - 2011 Missions:
    • Develop, implement and execute sourcing strategies and related activities within the Intercontinental Capital Expenditures for vaccines projects
    • Lead major negotiations according to the Purchasing procedures (Europe & US)
    • Support local organization for sourcing and negotiations for vaccines projects (5 persons)
    • Promote innovative sourcing involving the Local Project Teams
    • Lead cross functional negotiations that maximize the value of the Company (Synergies established between Marco Polo project(China), Biolaunch project (France) and DEFI project (France)
    • Bring transversal added-value with existing projects within the IA Network
    • Be an active Player in the management of relations with Key suppliers as well as the Sanofi aventis Team
    • Work actively with Internal Customers and the Purchasing Network to ensure timely the commitment in projects and in resolution of upcoming issues
    • Report the Local Management Team and Category Managers the relevant information and situation regarding the actions in progress
    • Support strongly the optimization of the Suppliers database for defined category segments

    Main achievements:
    • Aguila project (100 M€) in Mexico over the period 2008/2010: To build up a new Flu campus including Bulk production facilities and Quality Control Building.
    • Toltec project (12 M€) in Mexico: To extend the production capacities of the existing Pharma plant in Ocoyoacac.
    • Lotus project (72 M€) in China: To erect on the Beijing Sanofi aventis Pharma plant a new production workshop for Insulin Solostar pen and to build up in Hanghzou a new Produciton plant (plant relocation) with extended production capacities.
